Marketing Plans lay the groundwork for how you will promote, what you will charge, where you will sell, and even can influence new product or service offerings to meet the needs of your best customers.
Marketing Plans lay the groundwork for how you will promote, what you will charge, where you will sell, and even can influence new product or service offerings to meet the needs of your best customers. Your current customers are your best asset. It is worth getting to know them well enough to serve them in a meaningful way. With a solid vision of your best customers’ needs, the current internal and external environment, and your marketing goals, you can create a plan which will help you to acquire both new customers, and increase the average order size, or frequency of purchasing of your current customers.
Goals are set which the marketing plan seeks to accomplish by setting smaller objectives that support the goals coming into fruition. In order to accomplish the objectives, we will develop a tactical list that includes all of the action items required to carry out the plan.
Plan progress is tracked and reported quarterly, where together we can make adjustments to the tactics, objectives or even goals over time as new opportunities and threats emerge or as new strengths are developed or weaknesses overcome.
2)Social Media Posting
The plan is paid monthly in 3 payments throughout the quarter and repeats automatically. If you wish to cancel you can do so any time for the following quarter as long as it is not after the 10th of the month before a new quarter as some work is planned and completed in advance.
Weekly posting 1-4 weekly posts depending on strategy.

3)Remote Sessions (Monthly)
It can be 1-hour session or more than 1-hour session per week a month.
Session time can be broken down to as short as 15 minutes, and up to an hour.
You will be rewarded for buying larger session blocks with extra time for meetings.

Availability in our calendar is based on remote sessions and we will give at least 24 hours’ notice if the original appointment needs to be adjusted. We ask for the same courtesy from our customers, you can read our expectations and rules regarding appointments here:
Missing Scheduled Appointments
No Call No Shows/Last Minute Cancels:
Missed meetings will be charged at full price if it is a no-call-no-show, or if the meeting is canceled within 15 minutes of the start time or after it has begun. If this is a complimentary meeting “Full Price” will be $40 on your next bill.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour’s notice:
Whether or not the appointment is paid or complimentary if you cancel a scheduled and confirmed appointment without 24 hour’s notice there will be a $25 missed appointment fee added to your next bill, per missed appointment.
Please consider:
- Client meetings are scheduled in advance which takes them off the table for other paying customers.
- Missing scheduled and confirmed appointments is unfair to others as often Victorious Services is fully booked and some people have to wait over a week or 2 to schedule a meeting.
- When a meeting is canceled at the last minute it limits how our staff can use this time.
We understand life happens. If you miss one appointment within a 9-month time frame, no penalty or fee will be charged.
If you are late for a meeting our team will use the time we are waiting to service your account so that no time is wasted, please just communicate that you are running late as soon as possible.
When appointment times are offered via text/email/messenger and you do not confirm through the calendar so it is marked as confirmed, Victorious Services will not hold the time available and it is free to be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
4)Social Media Monitoring Monthly
Daily monitoring of your Facebook page & Instagram messages and comments, shares, etc.
Message forwarding / responding in 90 day service period.
